Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
We don't sell your personal information, and we never have.
We also do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising — the other thing the CPRA covers under this heading. There is no advertising network on this site and no data broker receiving anything from us. So there is nothing here for you to switch off.
California law requires us to give you this link whether or not we sell anything, so here it is, along with a straight answer rather than a toggle that does nothing.
The businesses we work with are service providers — authentication, database hosting, email delivery, payment processing. They handle data on our instructions to run the site, and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. Under the CCPA that is not a sale. They are all named in the Privacy Policy.
Sponsored placements on this site are paid advertising slots for businesses in the directory. They involve no transfer of your personal information to the advertiser — a sponsored listing gets a labelled position, not your data.
If our practices ever change, this page changes first and we announce it before it takes effect.
You can still submit the request
If you want it on the record, submit an opt-out and we'll confirm our position in writing. The same form handles the rights that do change something — seeing what we hold, correcting it, or deleting it. We respond within 45 days.
